"I love myself completely"
Mark Anthony Roman is a young meditation trainer.

Prior to this work, he accumulated strong levels of academic, physiological, philosophical and metaphysical knowledge before coming to know his heart through the following key phrases:
“I love myself completely”
"I trust myself completely"
“I forgive myself completely”

These affirmations were graciously guided by mentor and teacher, Shalom Melchizedek, whose mastery pathway awakened sincere devotion in Mark from an inner perspective. Shalom's work with Mark was the spark which ultimately led to Mark's transformation as the The Inner Trainer. Through Shalom’s mentorship and teachings, which center on the art of relationship and inner healing, Mark naturally progressed on the path to embodying Cosmic Sexuality. 

Because he went through and beyond many mainstreams schools of thought, Mark is adept at effectively meeting many people where they're at with love and without judgment. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Studies from Rutger's University in 2015, and became an executive-level Exercise Specialist in New York City where he quickly gained a roster of clients at every stage of their transformation journey. "Working with these individuals truly brought home the fact that while the outer work is important in achieving visible results for the body, the quality of the results which actually produce long-lasting success in health and in life always increases when they also focus on the inner work," Mark says.

Mark's journey is self-first. Fulfilling his purpose guides him in making the conscious decision to invest in his own inner healing and spiritual growth in order to support others in their purpose, thus he officially became The Inner Trainer in 2018.  Since then, Mark has traveled all over the world to sacred lands and personally experienced the healing energetic alignments present in these spaces, studied with various indigenous and healers who hold these keys of knowledge, and brought what he has learned back to his clients and daily practice as a relationship coach, public speaker, metaphysics expert, and meditation instructor where he continues to share the affirmations and techniques that originally changed his life.
